After a long few difficult months we have chosen to take a staggered approach to reopen our studio in order to protect the safety of our clients and teachers.

Health and safety of our students and teachers is our top priority, we are continually monitoring advice from The Government and Public Health England to ensure that when you practise at our studio, you do so with the knowledge that we have implemented guidelines for social distancing, safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

You will notice that some things have changed when you come back for the first time, we have taken the decision to close studio 2 and open this up to allow a bigger space and allow to maintain the social distance guidelines.

You will also find multiple hand sanitising stations, reduced class sizes, and antibacterial wipe stations.

When visiting our studio you will need to complete a Opt In Covid-19 form which can be found here. All students and teachers will need to fill this in and sign the form prior to visiting the studio, we will have this infomation on file for Covid Track and Trace and adhere to all GDPR regulations.

You can find more information below regarding the measures we have taken to ensure the saftey of our students and teachers.

We look forward to seeing you all – and thank you to those that have supported us during this time.

More information on our guidelines and what you can do to to help can be found below.

  • Reduced class sizes to ensure social distancing.
  • Increased deep cleaning.
  • Hand sanitiser stations will be available, but again we would encourage people to bring their own hand sanatiser to reduce the number of shared “touchpoints” and therefore reduce risk of infection spread.
  • Online covid opt in sign form to avoid paper being passed around.
Introduced social distancing mat markings on the studio floors. There is numbers on the floor and clear marked out bays to use, teachers will tell you which bay you are practising in.
  • Reduced timetable & we have closed the small studio and opened it up to one big studio, this will increase room for social distancing.
Teachers will follow social distancing and will not do any physical assists.

  • Book online as much as possible to avoid dissapoint, as the class numbers are reduced.
  • Please arrive ready to practise your yoga. Try to avoid using toilets and changing rooms as much as possible, this will help avoid any potential threat of infection spreading.
  • We encourage all students to bring there own equipment to the studio, we do have a small number of mats which can be used, however once used these need to be cleaned with the cleaner provided.
  • Never attend class if you have a temperature or are feeling unwell. Please err on the side of caution in these circumstances.
  • Please do not attend a class if you suspect that you or a member of your household has been exposed to the coronavirus.
  • Please ensure all of your contact details are correct on our booking system, for the purposes of the government’s track and trace system.
Cancellation Policy: Please only book classes you know you can attend. If things change, please cancel your class as soon as you can to allow others to attend. No show charges will be enforced as a means to discourage people from booking places then no showing.
  • Spread yourselves out in class. Where a class isn’t full, give yourself and others plenty of room by moving to additional bays.
  • If you do use a Yoga Studio mat, please wipe it down with disinfectant provided after use.
