Nicky Smith - Aerial Yoga

Nicky Smith

Discovering Yoga after an injury led to a significant amount of physiotherapy, initially, Nicky had just hoped to improve her flexibility. But she soon fell in love with all the other benefits Yoga has to offer. Nicky graduated from the Himalaya Yoga Valley in India, and loves sharing a variety of class styles with her students. She started to practice Aerial and was totally hooked within one class. Feeling at home in the hammocks, and inspired by her very dear teacher, Celina, she completed her 250hr qualification with the Aerial Yoga Academy. Nicky’s approach is always therapeutic, focusing on the benefits for both physical and mental wellbeing. As a qualified personal trainer, she has an in-depth understanding of anatomy and the physical practice, and blends this seamlessly with the spiritual nature of Yoga. Nicky truly believes in progress, not perfection, and celebrating what our bodies can do. A practice from the heart, with compassion for ourselves.

Dee Nustedt

Dee Nustedt

The passion of my life is Yoga. As I get older yoga has kept me young, both
in mind, body and spirit. It has helped me through illness and I strongly
believe “If you don’t use all the movements your body is capable of, it will
lose that ability.” It has also brought me friends from all over the world.
Yoga is not just about stretching; an exercise system is only a very small
part of a much larger tradition. I can teach you about meditation and
pranayama (breath control) to help you concentrate and free your mind
from distraction. You can also learn about different asanas and the art of
finding space within your own body.
Please join one of my classes and practise with me. I love sharing my
knowledge and with tuition, you will be amazed at what you can learn to
do. Oh, I nearly forgot, you will have fun too.

Tania Poole

Tania Poole

After practicing in Dorset for around 10 years, my love of the practice grew and I
decided to spend a month in India, completing training in Vinyasa and Ashtanga
I teach Vinyasa classes focusing on strength, alongside slower classes focusing on
flexibility and meditation, to ensure students can enjoy a holistic all round
physical and mental experience
I practice yoga as part of a holistically healthy lifestyle in order to look and feel
my best, and as a result I have a particular interest in teaching/empowering
women in their forties and fifties, through yoga, health and life coaching, to look
and feel their best
“Give to yourself, in order to Give back”

Lillie Sardar

Lillie Sardar

Lillie first discovered yoga 7 years ago, in the midst of an eating disorder when yoga became the only form of exercise she could do & was being guided to try. Yoga became Lillie’s Light at the end of the tunnel, driving her away from her struggles and helping her create a life she loved and a loving, kind relationship with herself.
Lillie’s love for yoga flew her all the way to India to learn in the birthplace of yoga, with the intention of becoming a teacher and sharing the yogic path with others alongside teaching self-love & positivity.
Lillie’s style of yoga is very unique, compassionate and inclusive, right at the heart of it’s belief, that yoga is truly for every BODY. Lillie encourages her yogis to focus on how the body feels, not how it looks, whilst providing a safe, supportive and peaceful practice.
